Refund Policy

If a trip is cancelled due to a decision made by Pray America, the team may possibly be refunded their money depending on the reason why. If a team cancels a trip to our ministry before 30 days out, they will receive a refund for paid funds to Pray America minus the $1000 team deposit. If a team cancels a trip to our ministry within 30 days out, there will be no refund issued and the funds will go towards supporting the ministry's general funds. If a team cancels a trip at any time, they need to consult their travel insurance (if purchased) for any reimbursement or refund for airfare.
